Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order to all serviced addresses, with no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. The estimated delivery time for your country is shown at checkout. All shipments are tracked, and you receive the tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss

Risk passes to you on delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@memilon.com with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
