Our olives grow in family-owned Greek groves in Crete and Lesvos, without pesticides or synthetic chemicals, and are cold pressed within hours of picking — which is how this extra virgin olive oil keeps its low acidity, high polyphenol content and natural vitamin E, the three numbers that separate a healthy olive oil from a supermarket blend.

What Is Memilon?

Three Single-Estate Greek Olive Oils, One Family Standard

For three generations our family has pressed extra virgin olive oil on the same land it was harvested on — never blended, never rushed. Today we make three single-varietal Greek olive oils: 100% Koroneiki from our single estate in Phaistos, Crete; a certified organic BIO Crete from the same grove; and the rare 100% Kolovi from Plomari, Lesvos. Every batch is traceable from grove to kitchen and documented with lab results, photos and video.

Koroneiki Olive Oil, From the Heart of Messara
Variety — Crete

Koroneiki Olive Oil, From the Heart of Messara

Koroneiki is the small, resilient olive of southern Crete — it thrives on Messara's dry hillsides and yields an oil with real character: vibrant green, an intense fruity aroma, and the spicy, slightly bitter finish that experienced tasters look for. We hand-pick our single estate early each November and press within hours. Stored away from heat and light, it holds its character for up to 18 months from harvest.

The Same Koroneiki, Certified Organic
Variety — BIO Crete

The Same Koroneiki, Certified Organic

BIO Crete is our early-harvest, high-phenolic Koroneiki, grown under full EU organic certification — no synthetic inputs anywhere in the grove. We pick it earlier than our standard harvest for a bolder, more peppery organic olive oil, then cold press and bottle it with the same batch-level lab testing as every Memilon oil. Best enjoyed within 18 months, kept cool and away from light.

Kolovi, The Rare Olive Variety of Plomari
Variety — Lesvos

Kolovi, The Rare Olive Variety of Plomari

Kolovi is a shy, low-yield variety that only shows its best character in the soil around Plomari, Lesvos — which is why we never grow it anywhere else. The result is a golden olive oil, light in texture and delicately fragrant, elegant and balanced rather than bold. Each harvest is limited, cold pressed immediately, and — like all our oils — best enjoyed within 18 months, kept cool and away from light.

How We Work

How We Make Our Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hand-Picked Harvest

Hand-picked into traditional sacks from early November, at exactly the ripeness that gives the best flavor and the highest polyphenol content.

Immediate Cold Production

Pressed within hours of picking and cold extracted below 27°C (80°F), so aroma, antioxidants and nutrients survive the mill.

Certified Facilities

Our mill and bottling line are IFS and ISO certified, audited against the standards used across the European food industry.

Oxygen-Free Bottling

Rested and bottled under nitrogen, never exposed to oxygen, so the oil stays fresh until the day you open it.

What Our Customers Really Think

4.9 / 5 Verified buyers in the US, UK & Germany

The LOT lookup sold me. I saw the lab numbers for my exact tin before it shipped — no other olive oil brand has shown me that.

Sarah W. London, UK · Memilon Crete 1L

You can taste what single-estate means. The Crete oil is peppery in the best way, nothing like the blends I used to buy at the supermarket.

Michael R. Austin, USA · Memilon Crete 3L

Sehr transparent und ehrlich. Ich habe die Chargenanalyse geprüft, bevor ich bestellt habe — genau die Art Beweis, die ich mir wünsche.
