High polyphenol Greek extra virgin olive oil.

Award-winning Greek extra virgin olive oil: 100% Koroneiki from Phaistos, Crete, and 100% rare Kolovi from Plomari, Lesvos. Grown without pesticides, hand-picked the traditional way, cold extracted below 27°C (80°F), with a lab report for every batch. Free shipping on every order.

Every batch Lab tested

Our olives are hand-picked every November (with respect for the birds that live in the groves), when the fruit is full of juice and nutrients. Within hours they are cold extracted below 27°C (80°F), using only mechanical methods, so nothing alters the oil. That is how we make a high polyphenol Greek extra virgin olive oil that keeps its natural vitamin E. Every batch is lab tested, then stored in stainless steel tanks in a climate-controlled room to stay fresh. We never blend oils or olives from other regions, so every tin and bottle is single origin: one region, one variety. A family business that works with transparency, not mass production.

What Our Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tastes Like

For the whole kitchen: frying, cooking and finishing. Thanks to its polyphenols and monounsaturated fats, our olive oil is particularly heat-stable, ideal for frying and cooking. Raw, it shows its full aroma: perfect for salads and dressings, for dipping with bread, feta and oregano, or drizzled over a finished dish. In our village in Crete, our grandparents taught us to take a spoonful straight every morning, a tradition we still keep today.

Koroneiki Olive Oil: Velvety, Fruity and Peppery

A velvety, rich texture, an intense fruity aroma of fresh olives and a fresh, vibrant taste. The light pungency and light bitterness on the finish come from its high polyphenol content: the sign of a fresh, high polyphenol olive oil, not a flaw. 100% Koroneiki from Phaistos, Crete, hand-picked in early November. Our everyday oil for salads, dipping, cooking and frying.

How We Work

How We Make Our Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hand-Picked Harvest

Hand-picked into traditional sacks from early November, at exactly the ripeness that gives the best flavor and the highest polyphenol content.

Immediate Cold Production

Pressed within hours of picking and cold extracted below 27°C (80°F), so aroma, antioxidants and nutrients survive the mill.

Certified Facilities

Our mill and bottling line are IFS and ISO certified, audited against the standards used across the European food industry.

Oxygen-Free Bottling

Rested and bottled under nitrogen, never exposed to oxygen, so the oil stays fresh until the day you open it.

Our Quality Promise

The Same Standard, Repeated Every Single Year

Pruning, grove inspections, weekly ripening checks, a lab-set picking date, same-day cold extraction and a published analysis for every batch. Twelve months of work, and eight things we never compromise on.

What Is Memilon?

Three Single-Estate Greek Olive Oils, One Family Standard

For three generations our family has pressed extra virgin olive oil on the same land it was harvested on — never blended, never rushed. Today we make three single-varietal Greek olive oils: 100% Koroneiki from our single estate in Phaistos, Crete; a certified organic BIO Crete from the same grove; and the rare 100% Kolovi from Plomari, Lesvos. Every batch is traceable from grove to kitchen and documented with lab results, photos and video.
