1. Who we are

2. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order where a product is unavailable or where a pricing error is evident.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable VAT. Shipping is free on all orders. Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours; the estimated delivery time for your country is shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. Free shipping applies to all serviced addresses with no minimum spend.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The conditions, the procedure and the model withdrawal form are set out in full under Returns & Withdrawal.

6. Product information

Product characteristics, laboratory values, harvest and bottling dates are published per batch. Values relate to the specific batch identified by its LOT number and may vary between harvests.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TAF CONCEPT Single Member Private Company (I.K.E.), Alopekis 26, 41222 Larisa, Greece, telephone +30 699 394 8727, email info@memilon.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at memilon.com/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online function, we will send you without undue delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost. Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods apply in addition to the right of withdrawal.

Data we process

Order data (name, address, email, phone, order contents), payment confirmation data, account data if you create an account, newsletter subscription data, and technical data such as IP address and browser type.

Why we process it

To perform the purchase contract, to meet legal accounting and tax obligations, to send the newsletter where you have consented, and for the legitimate interest of operating and securing the website.

Withdrawal requests

If you use our online withdrawal function, we process your name, email address, order number, the items concerned, your message and the date and time of receipt, in order to handle your withdrawal and to send you the legally required acknowledgement of receipt (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). The withdrawal function is provided by the operator of the EU Widerruf Button app, who processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The data is retained for as long as required to process the withdrawal and to meet statutory retention periods.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to fulfil your order — payment providers, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers — under contract and only for those purposes.

Retention

Order and invoice data are retained for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained while your account is active.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), or the authority in your country of residence.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
